You can engage us at any point during your interview process. No matter when we begin the bulk of our communication will occur at the conclusion of your interviews, but before you receive an offer. This is the point at which we can add the most value to your offer and negotiation processes.

How does your service work?

First you will select one of our service plans and complete a questionnaire that provides all the important details you will need to get started. Once your purchase is completed, a consultant will contact you within 4-8 business hours depending on which service plan you choose. At that point we will begin working with you to fine tune your negotiation approach by discussing your offer goals and the specifics of the opportunity you are considering, so that you can get the best possible offer.

Can you help me if I am looking at an offer from the public sector (Local, State or Federal Government)?

Many positions in the public sector have specific pre-determined salary structures and ranges often making it difficult to negotiate a better offer. Once we see your profile and information, we will able to determine if we can assist you.

What happens if I sign-up for your service and you cannot help me for any reason?

After you sign-up, but before we begin advising you, we will refund your money if we mutually agree we cannot help you.

What is the cost of your service?

For only $49.00 you can communicate with a consultant via email and/or live web chat. This includes up to a total of 30 minutes of consultation. The plan is good for 30 minutes or 60 calendar days, whichever comes first.

Add a rush upgrade for only $10.00 more and communicate with a consultant within 4 business hours. You can add a communications upgrade for only $25.00 more and talk with a consultant via the telephone.

How is time tracked for the 30 minute consultation?

For email consultation, time is tracked based on the amount of time we spend addressing your questions and your situation.

For the web chat and telephone consultation the time tracking starts when the conversation begins.

Generally, 30 minutes is sufficient to provide the assistance you will need to get a better offer.

What is live web chat?

Live web chat allows our clients to talk to our consultants and have their questions answered in real time. We will provide a web link which will enable you to instantaneously talk to us.

No, there is no special software to download. The application is compatible with most browsers, including:
